I ordered clothes from your website: a Mickey Mouse frock and a Powerpuff Girls shirt and shorts set. During checkout, I selected sizes for 5-6 years and 6-7 years old.
However, when I received the order, both items were for a 3-year-old child and were too small. The products themselves looked fine, but the size mismatch made them unusable for my kids.
I’m disappointed because I followed the sizing option correctly while placing the order. Please check your order processing and sizing labels. I’ve attached a photo for reference and would appreciate if you could help resolve this with an exchange or refund.
